The VW Action Campervan Cookoff
2010, saw Michelle Edwards taking the ‘Campervan
Masterchef’ title. The marquee was pretty packed, and the
VW Action Cookoff was a huge success, enjoyed by all, but particularly
the Judges. None of the judges for the 2011 contest would knowingly walk
past food, (unless it were vegetables, and only then if they were on
their way to the pie shop). You can tell by looking at them, these judges
know their onions!! It is a 'Ready, Steady, Cook' style competition,
where contestants have to cook up a gourmet meal in their campers, with
all contestants being provided with the same ingredients.
Now we have no space for any more judges, but we are able
to take entries from contestants There are ingredients for a maximum
of 6 competitors/teams. To take part this year, you will need to have
registered at the VW Action Information Office before entries close on
Sunday at 11.00am, although to be extra certain you can always book your
place in the competition by email via the CONTACT
US page on this website, stating that
you wish to be reserved a spot in the 'VW Action Campervan Cookoff'.
You will of course need your own Campervan with cooking facilities.
