VW ACTION OLYMPICS

The Club Games at VW Action are always hotly contested. OK, it's not an Olympic year, but in the spirit of London 2012, we want a successful and enjoyable games. The VW Action Olympics will be contested between the first 8 registered teams or clubs, and each member of every team will receive a medal at the conclusion of the games. All disciplines take place at 2.00pm on Saturday, so please register your team at the Information Centre before this time and be at the 'Olympics Arena' for 1.45pm on Saturday.

Bug Push

As is customary teams of 5 are required to sign up during the weekend. We will be blagging donor vehicles for the Bug Push once again. Owners get to STEER their own vehicle for each and every team!

Penalty Shootout

Over the years it has been a distinct advantage to have ladies in your team for the club games, as the penalty spot tends to move closer to the goal. But then on the other hand, no particular assistance seems to be offered when the ladies attempt to negotiate the obstacle course . . . anyway, penalty shootout, teams of 5, you know the score.

Obstacle Course

A big inflatable obstacle to clamber over against the clock. All five of you. You will fall off. People will laugh. Don't worry.

Tug-O-War

Five in each team . . . a big rope . . . lots of falling over.
