ADVANCE TICKET DISCOUNT OFFER ENDS FRIDAY 28th AUGUST. AFTER THIS DATE TICKETS WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE ON THE GATE.
* The booking fee this year is £1.50, to cover paypal/credit card charges.
** IMPORTANT: Day visitors on SATURDAY will leave their vehicles in the 'Day Car Park'. Any vehicles that remain in the 'Day Car Park' after the Midnight deadline will be immobilised and visitors will forfeit the difference in ticket prices (ie pay full weekend rate) to be released. Visitors who 'must' take their vehicles into the Showground (eg Autojumble, EDV Concours entrants) will pay FULL WEEKEND RATE on arrival with balance refunded on departure during SATURDAY (before Midnight deadline). The GATE must be advised on arrival (I.E. ASK for SATURDAY ticket).
UNDER 13s (Accompanied by an adult) ARE FREE.
ADVANCE TICKET BUYERS
Your tickets will be mailed out this year, and will arrive in the weeks just preceding the event.
Last year we experimented with advance ticket collection on the gate, but we were not happy with the logistics or delays caused in collection. We are not repeating this exercise. We will be mailing all advance tickets to the address supplied.
If your tickets have not arrived by Tuesday 1st September, please telephone 01279 72 52 52 (during office hours).
If there are any problems with mail, non arrival of tickets etc, please be sure to also bring your booking confirmation email with you.
Please DO NOT email us as there will be nobody online to deal with your query from Saturday 29th August until AFTER the event. Your emails will not be read prior to the event.
